This reel is a small flavour or our work and showcases the films we have delivered for online video campaigns, DVD's, marketing and sales videos, corporate communications and digital signage. It features animation and graphics created at our studios in Bristol and also corporate video filmed across the UK, Europe, the middle east and Africa. Peugeot RCZ
Peugeot RCZ Marketing film for the Peugeot RCZ featuring internationally respected light artist Michael Bosanko. A high-end studio shoot with 3D graphic light trails. The video was shot over two days in the studio, and the video that we produced was used online as a marketing film, in Peugeot's customer magazines and showrooms across the UK. Go

Card Ease Mobile Animated online video that explains the new mobile payment collection solution Card Ease Mobile. Hurricane Media client Credit Call came to us with the problem of how to communicate their new solution in a simple and easy to understand way, that would appeal to their entire target audience. Together we devised this straightforward no nonsense animation to fit with the simplicity and reliability of the system. The sales video features on the Card Ease Mobile homepage as well as part of an ongoing online and event based marketing campaign. Go

JISC: Libraries of the future A short video production project was created for government agency JISC. The documentary explores the future role of libraries and how they are being changed by technological developments. Go
Point of Purchase / Retail video
Haynes Point of purchase, retail video This punchy, tongue in cheek sales and promotional video for Tiff Needells autobiography "Tiff Gear" (Haynes publishers). We filmed with Tiff Needell at Thruxton race course which was a great experience - 140mph in a BMW M3 was not something to forget. The film was created through Bristol based Spirit PR and designed for use on digital signage at POP (Point of Purchase) within book stores. A second version was also cut to be used on Amazon next to the listings of the books and a longer version is now hosted on the Haynes website. Videos in the retail environment are becoming increasingly common and making messages stand out from the crowd is more important than ever. Working with a presenter like Tiff gave us a great opportunity to allow his personality to come across in the film and engage with potential readers. Point of sale / point of purchase videos such as this can be shown on any type of instore screens and multimedia systems from small LCD's to large digital displays. Go

Empire and Commonwealth Museum
British Empire and Commonwealth Museum The Empire & Commonwealth Museum was looking for a Bristol production company to make them a documentary style video. They chose Hurricane because of our teams expereince in documentary production for the BBC and channel 4. The event film was be shown in the slavery exhibition at the Empire & Commonwealth Museum. Our camera crew filmed on location in Gambia and the footage was edited with archive from a wide variety of sources, the film marked the bicentennial celebrations of the abolition of the slave trade. HTC London Underground 5 films working together on digital signage to create a single animation. Shown on screens down escalators in the London underground these digital 6 sheets grabbed attention to promote the HTC Hero phone. Go
Canon Stereoscopic 3D film production
Canon Stereoscopic 3D Stereoscopic 3D film for the Canon expo in Paris that explains how 3D works and its uses in professional applications. This 3D film was shot on a stereo mirror rig, the graphics were created using a lot of 3D post production work and it was shown on a massive 3D screen at a live event using a Canon passive 3D system. Balfour Beatty Workplace Promo Marketing and induction films for Balfour Beatty Workplace. We've done a lot of work in the facilities management and technology sectors and this is a good example of that. Filming was across a number of sites and we had to focus on creating a strong story, getting the best from interviewees and also talking to clients about the work of BBW. The footage from the induction film was also used in a separate marketing film to gain the most from the filming. Voice over for both films was recorded at the same time to create a consistent feel across the brand. Go

WFES: World Future Energy Summit
World Future Energy Summit This high-end video production was shown at the launch of the World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi. We were commissioned to produce a film for the World Future Energy Summit, an International prize launched to reward and encourage those working in the area of sustainable energy. Known as "The Zayed Future Energy Awards" the project was launched by HRH Prince Andrew and HRH Prince of Wales at a ceremony in Abu Dhabi. Hurricanes launch film formed a central part of the opening event. The event film featured specially shot High Definition material and archive from the worlds best archives. Our team flew to New Delhi to interview Nobel Prize winner Dr Pachauri and worked alongside international marketing agency Edelman to make a powerful film that was right on message. Go
