HTC: London Underground Advert
A cutting edge advert for a cutting edge product.
These 3D Animations formed a digital signage campaign shown on the escalators of the London Underground. As passengers travelled the escalator they passed a free runner jumping from screen to screen. it was the first campaign ever to use each screen individually to create an overall effect rather than to show the same video on 5 neighbouring screens.
Developed by Hurricane Media for Balance London the adverts used specially shot "Parkour" footage combined with a hyper-detailed 3D model to get this unique effect. Shown on loop for a month at all major London stations this proved to be an invaluable tool in the Touch HD's ongoing advertising campaign
Following the success of this advert we went on to produce a version for the massive Transvision screens at stations right across London.
