Job Role: Production Manager
What did you do before joining the team at Hurricane?
I’ve worked as an Account Manager, Project Manager and Audio Producer for companies ranging from the BBC to indie record labels.
What does your role at Team Hurricane involve?
I oversee the whole production process from organising shoots, timelines and logistics, to working closely with clients and ensuring they remain happy throughout – basically, it’s my aim to ensure that all components come together and we deliver the best videos possible!
The best thing about working at Hurricane is…
The creative challenges – the team here are lovely, and it’s inspiring to work in such a dynamic and fast-paced environment with such talented people.
What would be included in a montage of your best bits so far?
It’s always an adventure with so much going on, it’s hard to choose what’s the best bit so far! I love how passionate everyone gets about the projects we work on, so in that respect everything’s been great.
Who would play you in a movie of your life?
Jennifer Lawrence – seems fitting as we have an equally daft sense of humour!
Top of your current workday playlist?
Alt-J, Odesza and Dizraeli & The Small Gods are some current loves.
Best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Melvin Bragg gave the speech at my graduation ceremony, and a line of his that’s stuck with me is “in this life, all you need is confidence and imagination.”
